  • 1995 Spartan Chassis – 6 man cab.
  • Body and Aerial built by Nova Quintech.
  • 460 horsepower diesel engine.
  • Automatic Transmission.
  • 6000 litre (1500 gallon) per minute pump.
  • 690 litre (200 gallon) water tank.
  • 31 metre (103 feet) aerial ladder with platform.
  • Used for fighting fires from an elevated location.
  • Used for some high-angle rescues, i.e. on top of roofs, ships and factories.
  • Used for rescue from upper floors from fire.
  • Equipped with onboard breathing air plumbed to the platform to allow firefighters to operate from the platform for extended amounts of time.
  • Pre-plumbed waterway on aerial ladder to supply platform with water for 38mm hand lines, water curtain and large electric water monitor/nozzle.
  • Equipped with self contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), spare SCBA tanks, light extrication tools, tarps, rope, pike poles, axes, lighting and various hand tools.
  • Equipped with a portable generator.
  • Carries a dry chemical, carbon dioxide and pressurized water fire extinguisher.
  • Carries an assortment of water nozzles including a portable large water monitor/nozzle.
  • Carries a trauma bag for medical emergencies.
  • 150 metres (500 feet) of 100 mm high volume supply hose.
  • 90 metres (300 feet) of 65 mm fire attack hose.
  • 150 metres (500 feet) of 38 mm fire attack hose.
  • 1 – 10 metre (35 feet) 3 section ground ladder.
  • 1 – 7 metre (24 feet) 2 section ground ladder.
  • 2 – 5 metre (16 feet) roof ladders.
  • 1 – 4 metre (12 feet) roof ladder.
  • 1 – 3 metre (10 feet) attic ladder.
